The "Boys in the Band" were added in 2004 using a wiper motor and a WalMart Dancing Santa turned into a Zombie lead singer. You can't see much from these still pix. I'll post the video soon.

A wiper motor has one of the skeletons play the "bones" and the other plays a guitar.

While the lead singer  (Jerry Garcia) sings and dances the UnGrateful dead play their instruments and sing the chorus.
