Here's the Santa with his head removed (it pops right off..see below) and his suit removed. His cloths are actually stapled on. I used a pair of needlenose pliers to remove the staples.

His pants remain...the Pirate used the same pants and I just cover the Santa suit with a robe for my Yoda Troll guy..

Here's Santa's head. The hat and glasses have been removed. They too were stapled on.

Below you can see the detail of the plastic clip this holds the head on and how the staples are holding the head to the base and mechanism that moves the lips/jaw.
