Automatic Self Retriggerable operation - this is in
addition to the repeat function listed above.
Multiple units can be ganged (hooked up) to the same
triggering device (step switch, IR switch, etc.).
It never loses it timer settings even when the power is
unplugged.
It takes only a few seconds to program in time settings
you want to use.
You can have one device hooked up to the normally
closed contacts and another hooked up to the normally open contacts of the
relay making so one device will turn off and one will turn on when it is
triggered. When trigger mode is over it will revert back to its initial
state.
The relay contacts can be used to switch AC or DC
devices.
The PET can be battery powered or you can use the
optional wall transformer to power it off the AC line.
Cowlacious ISD® Chipcorder®
Recorder/Player Board

Shown with optional ZIF socket and ISD Chip installed.
This device allows you to record/playback a message that is stored on one
of the ISD® Chipcorder® 2500 series chips. The 2500 series chips can be
obtained in 40sec., 60sec., 90sec., and 120sec. lengths.
The unit has a 5v voltage regulator on board so it can easily be powered by
any supply from 8v to 24vDC. The output jack allows you to easily plug in a
set of computer speakers to amplify the sound.
The unit is designed to be triggered by a PET, step switch or other device.
It can also be set to continuously repeat the recorded message. Once
triggered the unit will play the entire message before it can be triggered
again.
This board can be used used to record and play sounds for your prop or
use it as a master recording unit and use our player board to play the
sounds in your props. The player boards cost less so you save some money
with each prop that you add sound to. We recommend buying the optional ZIF
socket accessory if you plan to use it as a master recording unit.
Assembled unit with 60 Sec. ISD Chip
(best sound quality 8KHz sample rate). 1-2 for $17.95

ZIF socket - Zero Insertion Force
socket. This socket makes it easier to install and remove the ISD Audio
chip. It isn't necessary, but it nice to use when you are first setting up
your sounds. It plugs into the existing socket on the boards and can be
removed when you have the sound the way you want it. $7.50

Two ServoMotor &
Eight Digital Output
Stand-Alone Show Control System
$210.00
The
Br-MiniBrick8 is a complete
stand-alone Show Control System. It features two ‘trigger’ inputs, DMX-512
input, two airplane-style servo motor control outputs and eight high current
outputs for driving solenoids, lights and relays.
You can program the digital outputs without a computer. Press and hold
the red ‘Record’ button until the first output flashes. Press again to step
to the output you want to record. When you are ready to record, tap the
green ‘Go’ button. Any previously recorded data will play back. While you
press and hold the ‘Record’ button, anything you do on the blue ‘Data’
button is recorded on this one output while the other outputs continue to
play back. The
Br-MiniBrick8
will remember exactly what you do and precisely when you did it. You repeat
this until you have all eight outputs programmed just the way you want them.
To program the
Br-MiniBrick8
using a computer, you can draw the sequence you need on the screen of your
computer using our included
PC•MACs
software. With the optional
PC•MACs
‘RealTime’ license, you can program in RealTime using the PC’s
mouse/keyboard.
PC•MACs
will remember exactly what you do and precisely when you did it. When you
have all your shows completed, you can send them to the
Br-MiniBrick8
through the serial port. The PC can then go away. The
Br-MiniBrick8
will run by itself.

Features
of the Br-MiniBrick8 include:
- Automatic ‘program in place’ download through the
standard serial port on your PC and the included PC•MACs
software. It takes about twenty seconds to download a fifteen minute
show.
- Each Br-MiniBrick8 has a single
channel show capacity of over thirty-six minutes at thirty updates per
second! Once programmed, shows are saved for approximately forty years,
with or without power applied.
- Two optoisolated inputs are used to trigger from
push buttons, motion sensors, or any other type of switch.
- Supports up to 255 shows at a time (from serial).
You can loop a single show or build ‘chains’ of shows
- Each of the four outputs is rated for a continuous
load of 150 ma., or 500 ma. peak at 24 vdc. This is enough to drive
small solenoid valves, relays, lights, and similar loads. The LEDs show
all output activity.
- Runs on anything from nine to 24 vdc, including
batteries. Mounts in 2.75” ‘Snap Track’ or on standoffs.
To add sound, use a
Sd-10 or
Sd-25 Audio Repeater. If you need less outputs, consider
our
Br-MiniBrick4. For more i/o, use the
Br-MultiBrick32. For built in animation and lighting
control, audio repeaters, and amplification, use our
Sd-50
series of controllers.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hardware Features:
- 16 open collector outputs for driving DC voltage loads such as
valves, relays, or LEDs.
- 2 Auxiliary relay contacts to stop and start an external sound
source.
- 2 opto-isolated inputs to start / stop show or multi-show
selection.
- Adjustable frame rate: 10 to 100 frames per second- Maximum show

outputs can be selected for programming with one click.
- Show programming is done in layers of 1 to 8 outputs at a time.
- Single or Dual show configuration.
- Ambiance show configuration.
- Show programing is non destructive - reprogram a layer as many
times as you like, programming changes don't become permanent until you
merge them into the main show.
- On screen help walks you through configuration and programming.
- Graphical Editor.
- PC required for show programming only. After programming the PC is
disconnected and the controller does the rest.

Mp3
Add-on to be debuted at Ironstock
The APC16-plus was designed with
expansion in mind. The first available accessory will be on display at
Ironstock June 23rd - 25th Tell City, Indiana. The new MP3 module stacks
on top of the APC16-plus expansion connector to make a compact plug and
play sound solution. No Hacking is involved! Heck, There's no wiring or
configuration needed, just plug it in and the APC16-plus will auto
detect it.
The Servo Recorder can
be used as a simple servo driver or a complete servo motion recorder.
Once the motions are recorded, you can select between single or loop
playback.
Control your servos up to 180° by rotating the control knobs.
Each knob is labeled as to which servo it operates. Move a knob
fast and the servo will move fast, move it slowly and the servo will
move slowly. In record mode it even records the time. Move the servo
every 18 seconds, and in playback mode the servo will move every 18
seconds since it even records delays between servo movements. It records
and plays back the exact speed, time and range of motion for each servo
even at the same time.
Pan & Tilt System
$45.99

Our new Direct Drive Pan
& Tilt System is perfect for cameras or sensors up to 2 lbs. One of
the biggest problems with servos is they can not always handle heavy side
loads even though they may have the power to rotate your attachment.
As you can see from the pictures, our system incorporates 1/4” shafts
supported by dual ball bearings and rigid 1/4” ABS plastic which makes it
the most rigid and precise direct drive pan and tilt available. Three 1/4”
holes in the top plate make it extremely easy to mount any camera or sensor.
This plate can also be easily drilled to accept other attachments. The
Direct Drive Pan & Tilt System can use any standard size Hitec servo. For
cameras up to 1 lb, the HS-645MG or the HS-475HB servos work very well.
For cameras up to 2 lbs, we suggest the HS-985MG or for the ultimate pan and
tilt, the HSR-5995TG. If you are needing more than 90° of movement in either
the pan or tilt, you can order servos from us pre-modified for this on the
Hitec servo pages. Unit comes unassembled with full instuctions. If
you have any questions please call or email.
