Another wiper motor prop...the effect here is the skeletons were stringing halloween lights on the house when one fell from the roof and got tangled in the lights.

He is being pulled up and down by the skeleton still on the roof. A video is needed to see the action of the skeleton moving up and down upside down. The skeleton on the roof moves forward and back trying to pull the skeleton handing upside down caught in the lights.
